For the first time last night, I made my own pasta – butternut squash ravioli. It's in the freezer for now, but I'll be cooking it this weekend. Fingers crossed!

Mmm, the most recent thing I made was a gingered butternut squash soup. Must be a butternut squash week 🙂

I made calzones – sausage, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, spinach, and smoked provolone. Lovely lovely lovely, and there was dough left over so we fried it up and ate it covered in cinnamon sugar.
