I recently bought your book and I am loving it. I live in western Mass, but east of you (Holyoke). I saw that you and your husband love road food — check out Captain Jack’s next time you are in Easthampton– right on route 10. It’s a ute shack with outside seating and all their food is local/organic/otherwise healthy (grass-fed beef, Atlantic coast fish, no-nitrates hot dogs, etc.).
I had the lobster roll, whih is not heap, but super yummy. Fish & chips were great and so was the hot dog (for kiddos). They even hand handmade lemonade and ied tea.
